Guidelines:
Remember to write what YOU want – this is not being selfish; Write what the behaviour / activity Looks like and how it will make you Feel, be specific about the behaviours you will see and WHAT you can see.
Include what you want to see others doing/behaving. (Topics can include house, garden, other people, time, resources, anything that excludes your paid job)
Then, compare it to what is currently happening. Is it a close fit? If not, do you want to change what is currently happening? If you do, it is possible for you to identify small changes for yourself. A Life Coach can help you too. Anyway, here is your LUCKY DIP>>>>>>>>>
